The Cincinnati Waldorf School is currently seeking a Grades 1-12 Spanish teacher for the 2025-26 school year.

The Cincinnati Waldorf School is a well-established, AWSNA full member school. Our current enrollment is at its highest level and represents a wide diversity across neighborhoods, economics, ethnicity, and lifestyle. Our strong programming includes Parent & Child classes, Preschool, Kindergarten, Grades 1-12, Eurythmy, Spanish, Mandarin, Handwork, Games, Woodwork, Strings, and Choral.
Essential Job Duties
Our ideal candidate is a native and/or fluent speaker with experience teaching students alternative perspectives by which to see the world and opening doors to new cultures and ideas. Our curriculum strives to expand students’ worldviews through art, music, movement, storytelling, and culture, while also achieving a basic fundamental understanding of and ability to communicate the language through speaking, writing, reading, and listening. Candidates should have teaching experience with beginner to advanced skill levels. We value excellent skills in teaching, classroom management, communication, and collegial and parent relationships, as well as a deep understanding of students and their development.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have received a Waldorf Teaching Certificate; however, we are willing to work with the right candidate who lacks this experience but is willing to pursue training in Waldorf pedagogy.
Employment Details
