Opening Statement
Tucson Waldorf School seeks experienced and passionate Class Teachers to join our dedicated faculty for the 2025-2026 school year. We welcome either Waldorf-certified candidates or nearing completion of an accredited Waldorf training program.

About Tucson Waldorf School (TWS):
- Established in 1993, TWS is an independent Waldorf school serving Early Childhood through Grade 8
- Robust enrollment in Nursery through Eighth Grade, and an additional 5 Parent-Child classes
- The only school in Arizona that is a full member of both AWSNA (Association of Waldorf Schools of North America) and WECAN (Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America)
- Faculty and staff are committed to continuous growth, collaboration, and development based on Anthroposophy and Steiner’s principles of child development
- Set on a beautiful 10-acre site with historic and natural richness, including structures from its past as a horse ranch, now used as classrooms and workspaces

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Waldorf certification or nearing completion of an accredited Waldorf training program.
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with a strong faculty, administrative team, Parent Council, and Board of Directors
- Commitment to Waldorf pedagogy, continuous learning, and fostering a rich learning environment for children.
