Early Childhood Summer Camp Lead Teacher

Job Category:  Early Childhood

Opening Statement

The Early Childhood Summer Camp Lead Teacher shares the traditional responsibilities of a teacher working with children ages 3 to rising first grade, while also providing guidance to other Summer Camp Teachers. Enrolled campers will be a mix of current Waldorf students, students who are joining for the 2025-26 school year, and children whose parents are interested in Waldorf education or otherwise have a connection to the school.

Lead Teachers work closely with their assigned EC Summer Camp Teacher(s) (who plans and oversees the daily rhythm and flow of the week) and the Auxiliary Program Coordinator (who manages camp logistics and family communication).
