Maine Coast Waldorf School is accepting applications for a full-time class teacher to begin for the Fall 2025 term.

About Maine Coast Waldorf School: Founded in 1984, Maine Coast Waldorf School serves over 260 children from parent/toddler through high school. Our campus is about a mile from the center of Freeport, Maine. Maine Coast Waldorf School is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA).

Qualifications
Qualifications: Ideal candidates are Waldorf-trained teachers with a Bachelor degree, at least two years of teaching experience and a commitment to working out of Anthroposophy. Applicants must be dedicated to excellence in teaching and recognize the importance of parent education, self-development, and collegial cooperation.
Employment Details
Salary and Benefits: Salary begins at $52,603 with increases for a Master’s degree and full-time teaching experience. Benefits include 80% tuition remission, health and dental insurance, short term disability, and a retirement option through TIAA.
