New cohort now enrolling for summer 2025!

Sunbridge Institute is currently accepting applications for this summer’s Waldorf Early Childhood Teacher Education program (session dates: June 15-July 4). Individuals with or without Waldorf teaching experience are welcome to apply.

Under the leadership of directors Nancy Blanning and Leslie Burchell-Fox ’96, our low-residency, 25-month-long program is composed of 13 weeks of in-person instruction, supplemented by fieldwork experiences and occasional online classes. Graduates earn 12 credits toward a fully-accredited MEd or MA in Waldorf education through Sunbridge’s partnership with SUNY Empire State.

Sunbridge is situated on the historic campus of the Threefold Educational Foundation in Chestnut Ridge, NY. We are a full member institute of WECAN and AWSNA.
