Art of Administration: Working Together in Community

This weeklong administrative training is open to all Waldorf leaders.  Topics include: Nurturing Human Relationships, Roles ad Responsibilities, Governance, Decision-making, Consensus, Meeting Facilitation, Understanding and Managing Conflict, and Community Dialogue.  We will use discussion groups, case studies, presentations, inner work, and artistic work to explore our topics.
