Art of Administration: Deepening Principles, Roles, and Practices

Join us on the Coast of Maine for a week-long administrative training open to all Waldorf leaders.  We will take a deep dive into core principles, roles and responsibilities, and school practice.  Our topics will include: Collaboration, Phases of Administrative Development, Administrative Leadership, Leading and Supervising a Team, Marketing, Enrollment/Admissions, Finance, Advancement/Development, Administrative Relationships with Board and Faculty, Strategic Planning, and Community Partnerships.  We will engage our topics in a variety of ways including through case studies, presentations, small group work, discussions, inner work, and artistic work.
