Taught remotely in real-time, Sunbridge’s “Approaching the Grades” Summer Series courses offer an invaluable opportunity to prepare for your upcoming school year in five days brimming with presentations, discussions, and practical activities–all without having to leave home.
Under the guidance of an experienced class teacher, you’ll discover ways to enliven your teaching and learn how to approach the blocks so that they may meet your students in a lively and meaningful way. With the insights of anthroposophy, gleaned through a discussion of child development focusing on your class’s age group, you will get to know the children you are about to teach, while gaining many valuable opportunities for building connections among a community of parallel colleagues from across the country to carry with you throughout your teaching.
Lead instructor: Elizabeth Doshi. Your course also includes sessions in art with Adrienne Patrick, music with Katey Dolezal, and eurythmy with Alexandra Spadea.
Tuition includes all resource materials in your grade’s Google Classroom, to which you’ll have access throughout the year. Discounts available, but spaces are limited; register now.
