Applied Arts Program 14th cycle

Meeting in person for one week each winter and two weeks each summer over the course of four years, the students of the Applied Arts Program share experiences that shape their work and their lives for years to come. Meaningful, lasting relationships develop, based upon each group’s shared journey of self-development.

In the program, students hone their handwork skills, strengthen their capacities, and deepen their creative potential. A learning community forms and countless opportunities arise to observe the dynamics between teaching and learning in the classroom. Learning how to bring these experiences to children in ways that are grounded in real knowledge of child development is at the heart of the Applied Arts Program.
